Delivery Information 
ACI Aronno highly values the urgency of your orders. We endeavor to make sure that your ordered products reach your door in the fastest possible time. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation message.

Your ordered products will be sent to your given address in 3 to 5 business days (maximum) for anywhere in Bangladesh. Delivery may delay due to unavailability of the product. The shipping charge will be negotiable. Shipping charges may vary depending on the quantity of the products.

We start the shipping process within 24 hours (Depends on working days). So, if you want to cancel or modify any order, please inform our Customer Services Department at your earliest within 24 hours.

After you receive the shipment, please check your product. After receiving product return or exchange not acceptable. If you have any issue with the product you can contact our Customer Services Department.

• No discounted/special offer item will be exchanged/ refundable.
• No monetary refund is acceptable.
• Shipping charge must pay while receiving parcel.

* Inside dhaka minimum 100 Taka. ( Delivery charge subject to product weight and distance).
* Outside Dhaka ( Delivery charge subject to product weight and distance).

Exchange Policy
Customer must check the product while receiving the parcel. After receiving product from customer end, Aronno will not exchange any product. However if there is any issue found while checking the product return the product (Within 3 working days). we will replace the product. You will only have to make sure that the product is unused and its original invoice, condition, tags, and packaging are carefully preserved.
